Instructions: |
- Stamp Newspaper Background in Ocean ink on a Tide Folded Card. Round the corners.
- Using heart stamps from various sets, stamp hearts in Neon ink. Trim hearts and arrange on card as shown.
- Spell out message with Typewriter Letters with black ink on Snow paper. Trim and create a banner shape at the end with scissors. Attach to card.
- Finish the card with randomly arranged clear gems.
