Additional Materials:
Neon highlighter, heart punch, paper scraps


Instructions:
  1. Create background on a Snow notecard by inking up a large acrylic block with Pool ink on the edges. Stamp directly with the acrylic block onto card.
  2. Using a neon yellow highlighter, add tiny dots of color to the edges of the stamped background rectangle.
  3. Stamp the message as shown. Mask the message & stamp three kites, all in black.
  4. Stamp the kites again on scrap cardstock and trim.
  5. Add the kites to the card, and embellish with punched hearts for extra pop.
