Neon highlighter, heart punch, paper scraps

Instructions: |
- Create background on a Snow notecard by inking up a large acrylic block with Pool ink on the edges. Stamp directly with the acrylic block onto card.
- Using a neon yellow highlighter, add tiny dots of color to the edges of the stamped background rectangle.
- Stamp the message as shown. Mask the message & stamp three kites, all in black.
- Stamp the kites again on scrap cardstock and trim.
- Add the kites to the card, and embellish with punched hearts for extra pop.
