Additional Materials:
Fluorescent markers (Papermate), washi tape, corner rounder (We R Memory Keepers), neon paper (office supply store), spray mist (Mr. Huey's hot dog by Studio Calico)

Instructions: |
- Ink the edges of the ticket with Bubblegum ink. Use a damp paper towel or baby wipe to remove ink from the bunting and the "surprise".
- Color the bunting with a Dandelion marker.
- Huff on the inked stamp and stamp on white cardstock. Cut out using the Big Ticket Frame Cut.
- Stamp elephant with Art Print Brown on pink woodgrain paper from the Life of the Party Paper pad and cut out.
- Stamp elephant again on pink neon paper and cut out the hat.
- Stamp elephant one more time on orange neon paper and cut out the ear.
- Place the elephant on the stamped ticket piece but do not adhere it. Ink up the sparkler with Cup O' Joe ink and check positioning, then remove elephant and stamp.
- Color sparkler and elephant's toes with fluorescent markers. Add glitter.
- Stamp message with Art Print brown and add glitter to the word "sparkles".
- Trim a strip of striped paper from the Life of the Party paper pack.
- Mist a Poppy notecard with yellow and orange spray mists.
- Assemble card. Adhere the message with a piece of washi tape. Add a black pearl for the elephant's eye.
- Add a shower of gems.
