Instructions: |
Green card: - Cut a 3 1/4" x 8 1/2" piece of Foliage Designer Paper. Score at the 4 1/4" mark and fold. Trim approximately 1/2" from the right side of the card front.
- Stamp Happy Definition onto card with Grass Chalk Ink.
- Open card and position Classic Frame die inside. Use low-tack tape or post-it notes to prevent die from slipping. When running the piece through your die cutting machine, allow about 1/4" of the right hand edge of the card to hang OVER the cutting plate. The die will only cut up to the point where the plates are.
- Stamp message onto label with Hot Pink ink.
- Add washi tape along edge as shown. This will help to strengthen the flap portion so that it doesn't tear with repeated opening/closing of the card.
- Tie baker's twine around card as shown.
- Postion label flap over card front.
Pink card: Follow instructions above, substituting Carnation Layering Paper for the base. Stamp card front with Happy Definition using Soft Pink Shadow ink and with Lattice Background using Hot Pink ink. |
