Hero Arts is now offering exciting MONTH-long contests based upon creative monthly themes and a featured technique/project. We will announce winners in TWO groups, so you have twice the opportunities to win!

• Submit as many entries as you would like around the monthly themes and/or featured technique.
• Submit by the second Thursday and the fourth Thursday of the month. * NOTE * This month we are adding an extra couple of days due to the Thanksgiving holiday! Entries for the second half of the contest will be due on Sunday, November 27.
• 1st Group of winners announced the third Thursday of the month from the early submissions.
• 2nd Group of winners announced the first Thursday of the next month from ALL submissions.

Bookmark, save, or print the calendar below to help keep track of the dates and deadlines for entry. Submit as many entries as you would like around the monthly themes and/or featured technique!

November Challenge: Create a NEW stamped project based on any of the following…

• Holiday Tags and Gift Wrap - Here’s an opportunity to get a jump start on your holiday preparations…get creative by stamping tags, gift bags, and any other kind of creative packaging you can dream up!
• Bling It Up! - Bring out the trimmings and make your projects shine! “Blinged” projects can be of ANY theme. Check out Shari Carroll’s new technique article and video this month for one fabulous idea!
• Color Challenge - Pink, Pool, Green, Neutral and White. (Neutral could be brown, kraft, or cream.) Color challenge projects can be of ANY theme.

Please use at least one Hero Arts stamp or Hero Arts digital element on each of your projects.

Submitting and Tagging: Upload your entries to the Hero Arts Flickr Group. Check the FAQ here for more information on how to upload to Flickr. When submitting your creations, please be sure to include the following tags:

• For projects created between November 1 and November 10 (11:59pm PST) - Tag entries with November2011A
  
• For projects created between November 11 and November 27 (11:59pm PST) - Tag entries with November2011B
• If you are entering the Digital category (with a Hero Arts Digi Kit, Hero Arts Silhouette shape, Hero Art Digital Die Cut or Printable) it’s very helpful to add the tag digi or digital (or both!)

Prizes: By entering, you could win a shopping spree of your choice of Hero Arts products from the Hero Arts Online Store! The prize amounts are as follows and will be awarded on both Thursday, November 17 and Thursday, December 1:

• Fab Five (five outstanding creations): $50 each
  
• Digital Winner (create something using a Hero Arts Digital Kit, Hero Arts Silhouette design, Hero Arts Digital Die Cut, or Hero Arts Printable): $50
• Fresh Face Winner (someone who has not yet won a contest): $50

We would love to see everyone participate, from the wonderful long-time members, to the active contest submitters, to first timers, to casual participants. Our goal with this contest format is to give more people more opportunities to submit, and more opportunities to show off our wonderfully diverse and inspirational creations from our broad community of stampers!
