Hello, and a very happy Friday. It’s Lucy here, with some Christmas gift tags created with one of my favourite Silhouette cut files - Baby Reindeer. I had a blast creating these tags - and they were so quick to make, you could create enough for all your Christmas gifts in a very short time.
To make the tags, I used Silhouette Software to resize the reindeer to 4 1/4″ tall. This way I could fit 8 reindeer onto 1 piece of Mocha Layering Paper. Here you can see how I rotated them about to squeeze as many as possible onto one piece of paper.
This gets you lots more tags for your buck!
And here are my reindeer - complete with winter scarves, red noses and wiggle eyes. Some of them I embellished with stamping, mist and glitter. The possibilities are endless. And it would be such a fun project to complete with kids too.
And here is one of my Rudolphs on a gift… I used a Glue Dot on the scarf to hold him in place - this way I can write the recipient’s name on the back of the tag.
But I could not stop there… I could not quite resist adding one of my reindeer to a card.
That’s all - what a lot of pictures!
Before I go - just a quick reminder that our Holiday Challenge ends in just a few days. You have until December 1st to add your card to our Inlinkz collection here on the challenge page. Looks like we already have a LOT of fabulous entries!!! Be sure to add yours too and you could win one of four $50 Hero Arts shopping sprees! Yay! I hope you have a very happy weekend,
