Simple ATC’s with Shari

Hi Everyone!  Welcome back to the blog!!!  Is everyone getting back to their regular routines after the Holidays?  I am and with that I’ve got some really quick and simple ATC’s (Artist Trading Cards) for you as part of the January technique for the month and challenge.  I’ll start you off with a video… after all…it’s Watch it Wednesday!

Here’s a photo of the ATC, so easy!

I’ve used the NEW Just Beachy color combination for this.

Don’t you just LOVE the Fancy Dies UPPERCASE ALPHABETS?  YUM!!! They will be available in the Hero Arts Online Store tomorrow!

While I had my supplies handy, I made a second one.

   Very cute ATC! I’ve never made ATCs before, but this makes me want to try them. I also like that glue pen you used. That’s going to the top of my shopping list.

   White on kraft never gets old, does it? Especially when you “refresh” the colours used with it. Looks great!

   LOVE your ATC’s, Shari! The stamps and elements you chose for them are just perfect, and the new ink colors are absolutely delicious! I can’t wait to use them on my summer cards!

   How did you attach your letters to the white paper in order to ink them? Later they just fell off like magic. I replayed several times but never saw how you did this. Cute cards!!!

   Nice ATC’s. The color scheme is really nice. As always your video is great. I need to try something new! It is not like I have tried a lot of things so there is plenty of opportunity.

   Hi Mary, I used a re-positionable adhesive to place the letters on scrap paper for the inking part. I popped them off and applied them to the card once they were colored. Sorry that part was taken out during editing.

   Hi Sharon, I didn’t break apart the die, I cut all the letters and used only a few from the alphabet. I stuck the letters for the word LOVE on scrap paper with re-positionable adhesive, colored them with the ink pad, removed them from the scrap paper and glued them to the card.
