Neon New Year!
Hi and Merry Christmas Eve! Did you get all of your Christmas cards sent out? I didn’t.
I sent out all of the cards that I had made, but I didn’t get to everyone on my list. What to do, what to do. And with today being Christmas Eve, there’s no way they’ll get there before Christmas Day. What to do? What to do.
Well, I decided to make New Year’s cards instead!
Find out how to make this card — click for complete supplies and instructions.
I stamped the new Tiny Ink Spots (S5637) wood background four times in different ways: once in new Navy Mid-tone ink, then in Neon Yellow, Neon Pink, and Neon Orange. I think it looks like confetti!
I stamped “Happy New Year” in new Navy as well, then colored the dots with neon pens. I finished it off with Diamond Glitter on some of the dots and some diamond gems.
To make things a little more interesting, I stamped the message on the card base, then added the trimmed stamped background around it with foam tape.
Hope you enjoyed today’s card, and hope you have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Hugs,
