Very Merry

Hey there stampers! It’s Tami here with a card to go along with our holiday cardmaking theme for this month. I love using kraft cardstock bases for Christmas cards — it gives such a warm, cozy feel. And I especially love how it looks paired with white ink!

Find out how to make this card — click for complete supplies and instructions.

I cut a rectangular frame mask and sponged this awesome white ink inside the mask to create the illusion of layers. This is one of my favorite techniques and is a great way to reduce layers and bulk.

However, I couldn’t completely resist adding some dimension. The Circle Ornament Tree stamp was begging to be decorated, and pearls and dots fit just perfectly inside the circles.   **TIP** A mini glue dot is ideal for adhering those frosty little dots.

Thanks for stopping by today! There will be another blog post coming later in the day — Decorate It® peek, anyone? :)

Happy stamping and happy weekend!
