A Monday Serenade

Hello everyone! I trust you have all enjoyed your weekend and had some crafty time. Today I am back to share a card created with one of the sketches for the October monthly contest…

Instead of creating a holiday card, I am sharing a card created with the new BasicGrey Serenade collection, which has begun shipping to retail stores and will be appearing in the Hero Arts Online Store very soon. I find this a beautiful and elegant collection to create with.

I created my own custom stamped background pattern paper and matched it with the beautiful papers from the Serenade Collection, along with a stamped birdcage onto vellum. Some pretty accents such as pearls and a clear button adhered to pattern paper complete the card and give it an elegant feel.
