Finding your inner Wonky!
Hi Friends!!! It’s Shari Carroll here with a really EASY Clean and Simple card.
Today is kind of special to me. First, It’s my son Scooter’s 23rd birthday. And if you know the story behind how/when I started with Hero Arts… Scooter’s birthday marks the years I’ve been privileged to work for Hero.
I made this card to give to Scoots today, I pulled out some manly Studio Calico papers… then did the unthinkable!!! I cut the daylights out of my clear stamp to make the letter layers (you could mask out the other letters to get the same effect). But, this is the beauty of the clear stamps. I can piece it back together to be used again and again!
You can find out how to make this card HERE.
So, you’re probably wondering why I titled this post “Finding your inner WONKY”!!! I’ve decided enough of the perfect banner cuts. I’m going to embrace the imperfections… I’m stepping out of the box and cutting my banners completely wonky! Aren’t they cute?? :o)
Enjoy your week-end!
