Video: Embossed Buttons

Hi! It’s Kelly here, and today I’m sharing a fun technique using one of my favorite embellishments — buttons! After seeing Shari’s awesome neon button technique article last week, I thought it would be fun to offer another take on customizing buttons.

Using basic stamping supplies you more than likely already have on hand, you can create custom buttons to match any project!

And here’s the card I made using the buttons paired with the fabulous Zig Zag and More Background stamp.

Find out how to make this card — click for complete supplies and instructions.

I managed to sneak in all three monthly themes into this one card — clean and simple stamping, the sketch challenge and the make your own embellishment technique!

I just love how the embossing makes the buttons look so realistic — I bet you could fool a few people with these. ;)

Hope you give this fun technique a try — the possibilities are endless!

Have a great day!

Watched the “button” video a couple of weeks after it was published. It is great. Have to get those tiny tweezers and try that. Love it.
