Watch It Wednesday: Faux Silk

Hey, y’all! Julie here today on the blog, with a card and a video!

I’m chuckling a bit here, because I keep saying to myself, in a loud booming voice, “When inks collide…”  I was experimenting with stamp layering and Hero Shadow and Dye Inks and got an interesting end result that I thought would be fun to share today!  I’m calling it “faux silk” for lack of anything more brilliant. (!)  When you watch the video, you’ll see up close and personal why I got so excited. :)

    Oh Julie!! That is a gorgeous card!! I love the flower stamp, so luscious. I’ve used that envelope pattern in the same way BUT never thought of the “out of the box” cut. Stunning!! You are so fun to listen to narrate your videos. Love your laugh!:)
