A Tuesday treat…
Welcome back! Today I’ve got a crafty little Halloween project that you can create in no time at all. These stamped and embellished treat boxes are great for giving small treats and treasures, and I think they’re as fun to make as they are to open!

Project by Tami Hartley. Find complete supplies and instructions here.
This one began with a plain kraft pillow box I had saved from a gift. You could also use a pillow box die cut or hand cut your own from a pattern such as this one from Paper Source. Each box is a blank canvas just waiting for your creativity!
TIP: Looking for a bright white ink that will pop off the paper? Colorbox Frost White Pigment Ink is your friend. It’s the ink I used for the Halloween words in the background here. Even without embossing, it pops! LOVE it.
All of the stamps used on today’s project come from the Spooky Halloween clear set, which is our Stamp of the Week! Normally $15.00, this set is on sale for $11.25 this week only.
One last thing before I go. As I was cleaning my work area, I found this ribbon knot and couldn’t help but notice it looked a bit like a bat. What do you think? It might make a fun and frightful little Halloween embellishment…

And bats a wrap for today.
Happy stamping!
