Welcome to today’s Social Club! Today we are looking at ways you have combined stamping with patterned paper. There are thousands of gorgeous cards in our Flickr pool that use patterned paper, and we are going to highlight a few of them today.

First, Vanessa.1968 who has created a simple but striking backdrop for her stamped flower and sentiment from the Be Happy set. The addition of the border at the top of the card is the perfect finishing touch.

-SylviaB- uses a simple strip of patterned paper as the backdrop for her paper pieced house from our Whimsical Houses set. We love the addition of the baker’s twine to this pretty card.

And finally, gencass, who layers lots of different papers on this fab card. How adorable are the pockets on her gorgeous yellow apron.
