Stitching with Social Club + Shopping Spree Winner
Here at Hero Arts we LOVE adding stitching to our projects and we love it when you do too.
So for this week’s Social Club, we searched through our Flickr pool for some lovely stitched creations to highlight…and we found some real beauties.
First up, joytaylor1975. She has used our Stitch and Trim stamp to create a fabulous background for her card, adding machine stitching to the edges for the extra bit of texture and dimension. Love it!

Next, ctprezzia (Clare) who has combined elements from Sew Artsy with a gorgeous ribbon, and simple stitched border to create this vintage style beauty. What a gorgeous color combination too…

And finally, from shabby chic to cute, cute, CUTE! Check out Heather Maria’s adorable birthday card. She has actually quilted her sky! Incredible work.

Ladies - thanks for the inspiration…we love your projects!
Meanwhile, don’t forget that tonight is the deadline for our June contest.

You still have a few more hours to create your wedding, congratulations or watercolored cards and upload them to our Flickr pool, tagged with June2011B. The contest closes at 11:59pm PST tonight… so get stamping!

Before we go, how about a winner?! It’s time to give away our second $50 Wish List Shopping Spree of the month!! Congratulations to Vicki Dalton, whose May 9 blog comment was randomly selected from all of the May comments. Vicki, please email us at the winner’s address located over in the sidebar and we’ll get you all set up to shop. And we’ll be picking two MORE lucky winners in July from all of June’s comments, so be sure to comment often for a chance to win!
Have a happy day,
