Welcome to the first May winners’ post, a chance to see some fabulously flowery and colorful cards and ATCs. We’ve had hundreds of stunning submissions to our Flickr pool so far this month, and as always judging was a real challenge. However, we’ve selected some of our favorites, and here they are…

Our Fresh Face winner is Darlene D with her Happy Hello card. We love the Wildflower Garden background on this and her inking creates a perfect framing effect.

In the digital category, Peacefulkatie’s summery and bright card really stood out. She’s used our Pretty Blossoms Printable kit to make her striking orange daisy, dabbing it with Distress Inks to add texture.

And now our Fab Five,  five of our favorite projects, presented in no particular order. Just like our Fresh Face and Digital winners, every member of the Fab Five will receive a $50 Hero Arts shopping spree.

Wanda Guess combined all three elements of the challenge, featuring a floral, colored ATC on her card. We love her soft coloring on our Timely Bird stamp.

Hellemor13’s soft, pastel card is perfectly pretty. We love her combination of stamps and colors in this French themed collage-effect card.

Marcyk924 created an exquisite die cut card by stamping and gold embossing the Wildflower Garden image right over the top of some lovely patterned paper. Most elegant!

Sarahjane4kids combined beautiful patterned paper with flowers cut with her Silhouette using our Flowers download. Such a simple but striking card.

And finally, Luv2scrapnat.  Her stunning, vintage ATCs are a beauty to behold. And she even made a matching pocket to keep them in! Shimmery goodness in a pocket! What could be better?
