Happy Friday! We’ve got a bunch of exciting news to share with you today, so let’s spring to it!

First off, all the NEW stamps, NEW twine, and the BasicGrey Lauderdale and Sweet Threads products from the More Spring catalog are here, woo hoo!

Did you know that orders placed through the Hero Arts Online store are fulfilled by local stores? Yes, it’s true!  Not only does this minimize shipping costs and allow your order to ship from the closest possible location, it supports local businesses. These great new stamps have made their way all across the nation and are ready to get inky — yay!

Now for our next bit of news — and it’s a BIGGIE! One week ago today, we kicked off a stamp naming contest, inviting blog readers to help us find a name for our new line of pop-out Cling stamps.

And help you did! (Thousands of great ideas…wow!) We were blown away by the response, and while it was very hard to pick a favorite from all of the fantastic names you submitted, we sure had lots of fun in the process. Thanks so much to everyone who took the time to enter!

Yesterday, a panel of Hero Arts judges convened to select the winning name and today we’re thrilled to announce our pick!

Congratulations to Amy Cheek (#17), who was the first person to suggest the name Cling Pops! The judges felt this fun and memorable name was the perfect fit. Amy, all 21 of the new stamps from the More Spring catalog will soon be headed your way!

It turns out several others also suggested Cling Pops after Amy, so as promised, we’ve randomly selected a winner from all of the duplicate comments. Jen W. (#284), you’ll be receiving all of the Cling Pops currently in the collection — Daisy Label, Especially for You, and Word Pops!

And finally, we randomly drew a name from all of the comments to win a $25 Shopping Spree to the Hero Arts Online Store. Leslie Moore (#364) come on down, you’re the lucky shopping spree winner!
