Watch It Wednesday + Sneak Peek #3 + a Giveaway!
It’s Watch It Wednesday, and that means I have a video to share with you! But first, have a peek at today’s sneak!
See how the flowers are colored with multiple colors of markers? That’s what inspired this shabby chic rose card — created with TWO more sneak peek Cling stamps: Special Moments (CG108) and Antique Brocade (CG102):

Here’s a video so that you can see these super fab Cling stamps in action. It has distress ink + marker tips, too.
Supplies:
- Sneak Peek! Cling Special Moments (CG108)
- Lime, Cream Mocha Notecards
- Small, Medium Accent Pearls
- Shabby Shutters, Tea Dye Distress Inks
- Other: Copic Markers in Light Prawn (R22), Prawn (R24), Chamois (E35), Caribe Cocoa (E25), Yellow Green (YG03), Willow (G24), Colorless Blender (0), ribbon (American Crafts), cream colored pencil (Prismacolor), brown dye ink (Momento, Tsukineko)
I had so much fun playing with the rose that I just couldn’t stop! I used colors from Sneak Peek #2, and tried to give them the feeling of wild roses at the height of summer. I also used the rose to create the background as I did in the video — here’s a closeup of the background so that you can see it better:

And here are the cards:

These cards are great to have on hand for any occasion — just stamp a message on the inside as needed.
Supplies:
- Sneak Peek! Cling Special Moments (CG108)
- Lime, Blossom, Lemon Notecards
- Shabby Shutters, Tea Dye Distress Inks
- Other: 2.5″ circle punch (Marvy), 3″ scallop circle punch (EK Success), silk ribbon (Creative Impressions), Copic Markers in Colorless Blender (0), Yellow Green (YG03), Willow (G24), Pale Yellow (Y11), Buttercup Yellow (Y21), Pink (RV11), Chamois (E35), brown dye ink (Momento, Tsukineko)
Now, how about one last sneak peek for today? Here’s a peek at card that I created while we were working on the Cling supplement. It uses the same pink, yellow and orange color scheme as Sneak Peek #3 and features the Cling Friend (CGf111):

I love this stamp, so many fun things you an do with it! And you can use it for so many kinds of cards: thank you, friendship, just saying hello, get well soon…!

- Sneak Peek! Cling Friend (CG111)
- Pink, Lemon, Lime Notecards

Now, how about a giveaway! One lucky winner will receive Special Moments (CG108), Antique Brocade (CG102), one package each of small and medium accent pearls, and a package of Blush Notecards!

I love, love, love the Special Moments rose! Gorgeous. And the different examples are just wonderful. I enjoy going to Maui in the summer. It’s a fun getaway for our family and my daughter has eczema that almost goes away when we’re there. That makes it extra special.

I love summer when you can smell something good cooking on the grill. It fills the air with such good flavors! I love walking everyday being surrounded by our mountains with a crisp clear blue sky and a sunny breeze to keep it not to cool and not to hot but just right. I love all the yard sales and other outside activities you can go to when its summer.
