Way cool things…I just have to share

Happy Friday! Today we thought it would be fun to drop a little hint as to what’s in store for next Wednesday, July 15!  If you haven’t heard, heroarts.com and the the Hero Club blog will be getting a brand new look (and more!) Perhaps you’ve been wondering what our makeover will entail?  Here’s one hint…!

Read each word above carefully. ;) Any guesses? I can promise you, it’s going to be wonderful!

Now onto today’s topic! While traveling, I carry my camera in my purse. You never know when you see something you want to remember! Ideas for future cards or color combos are everywhere. Look at these cool things! Talk about inspiration!

Check out these cool paper flowers and dress hanging at Kate’s Paperie in NYC!

And when you are done traveling and have a lot of maps you no longer need, cut them up and use them on cards or turn them into envelopes. Simply take apart an envelope, trace onto the map and glue together. Hello envelope!!

I hope you have enjoyed this week’s projects. Don’t forget…you still have time to create your travel/vacation themed project and upload it to the Flickr group. (Click HERE for all the challenge details.)

By the way, thanks so much to those who have invited friends to join the Hero Club this week — the more the merrier! Tomorrow we will be drawing for the two $100 Hero Arts shopping sprees, so keep sending those invitations!  (All of the Invite a Friend details can be found HERE.)

See you tomorrow,

What a GREAT idea! Taking your camera with you to catch all of these amazing ideas. I always think I can remember something but when I get home, guess what? No recall. The hearts are wonderful and I also love the scrabble pieces. Keep the ideas coming!
