Hi Everyone, Shari Carroll here. Welcome back to the Hero Blog. I’d like to start the week off by introducing you to my good friend Adrienne Kennedy from My Sentiments Exactly. Adrienne is the Art Director, master stamper and daughter of MSE’s founder Amy Kennedy.

Adrienne and I thought it would be great fun to switch places this week and use each others stamps. I’ve given her a challenge to tackle a different sketch each day. I will create a card with the same sketch but will use her stamps and post it on her blog HERE.

Adrienne’s first card of the week uses the ClearDesign Live Simply set and todays Sketch (below). I love how she stamped the pebbles and her colors are so nice!

This is todays sketch that Adrienne and I followed. For those of you who have never tried one, you use them like a layout plan for your cards.

You can join in on the fun and use my sketches too. I’ll be posting a new one each day except for Thursday where we will announce the winners of Leslie’s color challenge. For this week’s challenge, pick a sketch that suits your fancy and create a card using at least one Hero Arts stamp. After that, load it to the Flickr group and tag it with “Sketch” by Sunday evening, August 17th at 11:59pm PST. I will randomly pick three lucky winners for the following prizes.

• 1st place: $50 of new Hero Arts stamps + a 2008 catalog
• 2nd place: $25 of new Hero Arts stamps + a 2008 catalog
