Happy 4th! A video gift for you…

Welcome to a Fun Friday here at Hero Arts.

And to all you Americans, Happy 4th of July!

Today I have another video to share.  This one shows how to make a simple, raised pocket on a card.  I did this awhile back for THIS invitation and have wanted to create another since then.  Here it is.  Just think of the many possibilities for this design!

And don’t forget to post your comment on yesterday’s post for a chance to win a Big Owl stamp!

Well, have a great day, everyone. And Happy 4th to all you living in the States! (By the way… I apologize for missing Canada Day a few days ago.  A belated happy day to you all, too!)

Such a cute card. I loved this week with interactive cards. I made some invitations with a popup for a church picnic that came out so cute thanks to you!!!

This was the first time I looked at and participated in the Hero Arts Blog and I must say I was very impressed. This was one of most inspiring cards that I can actually create. Thanks for sharing the pocket card!

I am so hooked on the videos. Thanks for making them. I really like your non-traditional opening cards. Love that they are different.

I love these short how-to videos; it’s like taking a personal class! I look forward to Wednesdays! Keep the great ideas coming!

Just one tiny (”waste-not-want-not”) suggestion - to tie ribbon knots closer to the end of the ribbon, so you don’t have to cut so much off each end. And you’d have a longer piece to use on your next card/project!
