Wait, first I’ve got to tell you…trying to pick just a few was soooooo hard. I’ve never seen such a beautiful combination of cards in one place at one time. I wish I could have everyone be a winner, but I can’t.

Here’s a peek at how we choose the final cards. The judges and myself each picked ten favorites from the cards entered in the Flickr group. I compiled the list of the (40) cards, numbered them and went to Random.org to narrow the list down to 6, and then down to the final three that will be receiving prizes.

So it’s time to uncross your fingers and see who won. Congratulations to all who entered!

1st place: $50 of new Hero Arts stamps + a 2008 catalog
We loved how Godelieve framed the flower blossom with the polka dots. Everything is so crisp and FUN.

2nd place: $25 of new Hero Arts stamps + a 2008 catalog
Ashley used a great combination of Spring colors, very fresh, love the stamped buttons too!

3rd place: $10 of new Hero Arts stamps + a 2008 catalog
And Teresa’s window box is so adorable, love the corrugated roof and pattern paper flowers, too cute.

And the Honorable Mention cards. Lysa used such a nice combination of colors on her flowers, we really like how she mixed the inks on the stamp, very nice!

Newkidfish did an outstanding job on this acetate card, the Fantasy Film is an excellent choice of element for the flower, something I’d like to explore.

And I’m loving Jenn’s crayon resist, this stamp is perfect for that technique. Reminds me of denim jeans, great job!
