Wow, folks! There are were so many fabulous entries for the background challenge! I am so excited. Thank you so much for playing. I never could have decided on my own, so we had a panel of judges pick their favorite entries and I put them in a hat to randomly draw the winners.

Third place goes to Maviskim for this fabulously creative background! Wow. Such perfection… I thought it was real patterned paper. So clever.

Second place goes to luluinlove for this colorful masterpiece. Her tone-on-tone background is fantastic.

And… finally… first place goes to hnpetry for this adorable bird card! We loved how the background is made up of layered images. So pretty.

When I saw this card by bnlnkids, all I could say was “wow!” How stunning. Isn’t it amazing how she used masking and flocking for the background?

Finally, we have an elegant card from Sarahjane4kids that anyone would love to get in the mail! Look at that classy background. Nice work.
