Do you have your Mother’s Day cards ready?

Hi Everyone,

It’s Tuesday and if you haven’t mailed your Mother’s Day cards yet, you better take ten minutes NOW and get them made and mailed. I probably speak for most mothers that they would rather get a handmade card in the mail, rather than a gift. Here is a card that you can make and send off today.

It shows you how to make a large flower out of our NEW Sparkle Clear Little Letters ”O” set! I love to show people how to use a stamp in a non-conventional way so you can get extra benefits besides it’s intended use.

Supplies:

Instructions: Cut green strip. Stamp border. Adhere to white note card. Stamp flower from “O” for center. Stamp an “O” for each petal. Cut out. Stamp center again on yellow. Cut out and mount in center. Mount flower on strip. Stamp words in black. Add gems.

I’ve also included a bonus card made from color card stock scraps…I NEVER throw anything away…just ask my husband!! Thirty-six years of accumulation! Happy Mother’s Day!

Supplies:

Stamp all three shoes in many different colors of card stock. Cut out. Stamp Mother’s Day in black. Arrange shoes and mount with foam tape. Add gems.

More tomorrow,

Thanks Lisa - I plan to buy all four through the Retailer I work at (yay staff discounts!) I meant I wish I could buy all 26 at once (A-Z)!!

I am easily enabled. And on the bright side, I get to enable others on a daily basis - it’s almost too easy when you love your job!

What a creative way to use a stamp in more than one way! You probably didn’t intend this, but the card was a great reminder to me to get my Mother’s Day card in the mail. Thanks

I was really wanting a good reason to purchase the O set. I couldn’t seem to justify it because I don’t scrap myself or my initials often But, I am so going to buy the little letter O set, for sure now! What a cute and ingenious use of the O. Love it!
