My Sally Card
Hero Artist Sally Traidman has been sending me inspirational cards all year. It is such a gift to receive one of her original cards. I thought you might like to see one of the cards I received. What a surprise to see the little messages tumble from the card and the beautiful envelope.
Thank you Sally for continuing to make me smile.
You can make a “Sally Card” too. Sally used:
- Caring Heart Thoughts
- Heart
- Sketchbook Flowers
- Strawberry Note cards and Envelopes
- Other: a variety of messages, water colors pencils gems, ribbon.
After stamping and coloring with watercolors, Sally stamped messages and cut into irregular shapes to place inside of the card.
Don’t forget, there’s still time to enter the Envelope Challenge. Just submit your entry to the Hero Arts Flickr Group by 11:59 PM PST on Sunday and tag it with the code word “envelope”.
Until tomorrow,

amy
Love the card and the idea to enclose small comments. Would be great to send a card of encouragement, cards for big and little children.

I love the idea of enclosing lttle messages in lunches, purses etc. Woulden’t my mother love to get a dozen cards and lots of mini messages to enclose whatever feelings she waned to express to her friends? I think I have found the perfect Mother’s Day gift. Thank you one and all

I just love this idea! And HA has sooo many great sentiments to use in just one envelope greeting. It’s got my wheels spinning–I see vellum envelopes and bold greetings shining through! TFS

Love the little messages idea. Anybody can send boring envelopes, but now the mail may be slowed because the people in the post office will be stopping to look at all the beautiful envelopes.
