What shall I do with all my extra envelopes???
We all hate throwing away ribbon, little bits of paper and lots of extra envelopes. So…..I decided to use my stash of envelopes to make cards of encouragement.
Smile Laugh Giggle is really simple and a perfect place for a coffee gift card. The large yellow quarter circle is half of an envelope flap the 2 smaller circles are punched and accented with flowers and gemstones. Click on any image to view it larger.
- Clear Design Anytime Messages (CL129) is the set I used. There are 16 messages in this set, it never gets put away.
You’re Special uses more of the yellow envelope. You guessed it, once I started using the pieces of the envelope I just couldn’t stop stamping and accessorizing. I used the bottom corner of the yellow envelope to create a pocket for the message tags.
I used the following sets and a variety of accessories:
- Clear Desgin Frames and Messages set (CL130)
- Sparkle Clear Happy Day Set
- Summer Tags (PS537)
- Lagoon, Pool, Lemon, Cantaloupe and Pink notecards

I love how you took one of the corners from the envelope and used it as a little pocket for notes and tags. What a fun way to send your messages and so creative. Thanks for the ideas. I love checking the blog every week.

What a great idea! I always make a point to use scrap paper but I forgot about the envelopes that are stacking up! I’ll make a card before the deadline! Thanks!
