Fun Friday…a fantabulous day to share
This is the last day of my week and I want to go out with a bang…hold on to your seats my friends, cuz I’m gonna make this one Fantaublous FUN FRIDAY!
First I want to share a card with you. I asked my friend Wendy Vecchi to come up with something for our Collage challenge theme. Wendy is a designer for Maya Road…and I just knew she would throw in her awesome influence with some of their product. I love how Wendy pays attention to detail too. She adds her signature style like hand drawn dots around the stamped scrolls. Also the layering of the stamped grungeboard and how she bends the flower and leaf tips up…so cool Wendy! If you visit Wendy’s blog today, she has a special giveaway that I’ve hooked her up with. :o)

As promised, I told you I would show you a storage idea. I am a visual person and if something is out of sight, it’s surely out of mind…so I need to have my supplies displayed so I can see them. Most of my items are stored in clear containers like these canning jars.
Okay, it’s time to announce the winner of my Collage Card giveaway from Wednesday…the number I picked was post #8 which is Anne A.
And finally, the winner of a signed copy of my book “Layers” from yesterday…the number I picked was post #37 which is Lynne.
Please use the Hero email link to the right to leave your mailing addresses. Also, if you could put Book or Card in the subject line, I ‘d appreciate it. Congratulations!
Don’t forget, you have until 11:59 PM PST on Sunday to enter this week’s Collage Challenge!
This has been a wonderful week for me, it was a pleasure to share my love for stamping with all of you. I hope you have been inspired to step out of your box to try something new. Continue creating and enjoy the gift of art….stamping style!
We’ll see you Monday for another great week of Hero Arts!

I love the ideas everyday. Where did you get your jars? What a nice way to store all the little items!

The jars look great, the embellishments are practically crying out to be used! It reminds me of the jars in a candy store- which to papercrafters, is pretty much the same thing, right?! Thanks for your blogging this week Shari, it’s been great.

The jars are really cool. Are they on sale on hero arts? Found some horrible ones in shops, made of plastic. Any idea where we can get them?
Thanks for the tips

I love the jars you use for storage and have looked for them, but no luck. Are they the ball canning jars? If not is there a name so that I can check on the internet to see where they may be available?
