Take Two Tuesday
Good Day Hero Arts friends! I hope everyone is gathering their thoughts on what to do for the Collage Challenge from yesterday. Remember, you have until Sunday evening at 11:59pm PST to get your entries in.
It’s Take Two Tuesday, the day we show you additional ideas to boost your creativity for the weekly challenge.
I have chosen a card that was spotted which I think is an exceptional example using a CardArt stamp. I hope you will draw as much inspiration from this sample as I have. So friends, I would like you to meet Tami Hartley. What I liked most about Tami’s card is her color combination, absolutely stunning. Also take a close peek at her gems…she colored them with a sharpie pen to match her cardstock and flower….Brilliant!!! I’m so impressed.

“I am in love with the Hero Arts CardArt stamps because they allow me to quickly create a sophisticated looking card in a matter of minutes. The beautifully combined collage images and sentiments are extremely versatile and adaptable to every style of stamping. You can dress them up, keep them simple, layer them…the sky’s the limit. They are just so much fun to play with!”- Tami
In the future, I will have my feelers out sleuthing around galleries and blogs for artwork that represents Hero Arts Products. You never know when you might be called upon. Sounds mysterious doesn’t it?
A quick Tip: Stuck on a way to add color to your samples? Try painting directly onto your stamps with watercolors, spritz with water and stamp. The Hero Arts watercolor wheel has 24 wonderful rich creamy colors all packed into a carry all container.
Interesting Hero Factoid: Did you know that Aaron Leventhal, our fearless leader and CEO, designed the first Hero Arts stamp for his mother Jackie 33 years ago? It was a crab with missing teeth which represented himself at the time.
Tomorrow in my video, I will guide you though a cool technique using a CardArt stamp. Do you have a beloved way to use your stamps? I want to hear all about it!
Until then, create, relax and create some more.
Enjoy!
