Two More Ideas…

Hi! Welcome back. I had so much that I wanted to share today that I thought I would do two posts.

Here is another idea for this week’s challenge of using clear pieces. This comes from Hero Arts’ very own super-talented Lisa Spangler. She did one of my favorite techniques… stamping on clear buttons. You can see in the photo a great tip: To keep the button still when stamping, try “holding” it on the sticky part of an upside-down sticky note. Isn’t her card adorable? Supplies:

• Mother’s Day Script
• Bird Family
• Card Buttons Clear
• Leaf Flourish
• Strawberry, lime, chocolate, lagoon notecards
• White StazOn
• Black Memories
• Other: Ribbon (American Crafts), pinking rotary cutter (Fiskars), colored pencils (Prismacolor) and patterned paper (Scenic Route), glue dots (cut up little pieces and use them to stick the buttons on)

   I LOVE this mini album, and this tree stamp….. well, I CERTAINLY am going have to add this to my “collection” of Hero Art stamps! I love the colors and ,wow, it just all comes together in the end! Beautiful!

   Ok…… and now for the card….. this is just tooooo cute ! Let me just say birds are my VERY FAVORITE and now I must get this one!! I love it! I’m going to have to rob a bank (J/K) and get some money to get all these HA stamps that I love and want so badly!!

   Shari,
   Loved your video tutorial! Very cool. I love to us masking techniques in collage. It allows me to be very specific about placement of stamps.
